Just what I needed and works a treat

Just what I needed and works a treat. Thanks ROK!

Rok bevel gears always break!

This is a Rok espresso grinder yet when grinding for espresso these gears will invariably break. So frustrating. Have ordered and replaced several times now, and my new set are just impossible to fit properly without filing down the inner bore. Shoddy QC.. and guess what, you cannot order more spares for the next inevitable gear break because they have sold out. So disappointing.

Hi Richard, we're sorry to hear about these issues with the gears. We understand how frustrating this must be and appreciate your feedback. Our team are urgently looking into this as these acetal gears are designed for long life. We shall reach out to you directly on email when we have more information.
