A1 service from Rok as always, warranty replacement just had to cover the postage
Having paid £165.00 for my ROK EspressoGC Classic I would have expected it to last longer than a year (almost to the day). You have sent me a replacement Bayonet Ring but that is of no use as the existing one will not budge. So i am left with a useless piece of kitchen art.
