Great product! It does need a bit of oil before first use which should be part of the initial instructions, but I can't deny it makes great shots with very little mess.

Makes good shots of coffee, but unfortunately not easy to pre-heat .

This is by far the most beautiful manual espresso machine in the world and it works like a charm.
