Love it. HUGE improvement!

The old silicone screen was awful. This one is perfection. Thanks for making it. It's breathing new life into my old Presso!

Disappointed

It’s a well made piece of equipment but doesn’t fit my Presso machine. Contacted customer service and they told me to check parts are all fitted correctly, which they are. The silicone seal is thinner than the one it replaced, so the portafilter does t get as good a seal.

ages and ages

The filter took ages to arrive - and was in a bashed up box when a padded envelope might have been much easier

But still good to get spares like this and have such a good coffee machine
