Great machine - when it works...

I really like the Presso Smartshot, that's why i purchased a second one for a different location. Luckily it arrived the day the first one (in use for under three months) decided to stop working. First machine is now at the vendor for repair, the new one has taken it's place. Hopefully this will just have been a one time problem. Haven't tried the battery driven milk whisk yet, so no judgement for that included.

I'm delighted with the quality of espresso I can easily create with this clever device. It outperforms machines that literally cost 10 times more, it's incredibly easy to use and it looks cool! Not thrilled by the scoop which you're supposed to use as a tamper, but it doesn't fit - so I got myself a good levelling tamper which works really well. Super important to preheat too, but that's pretty easy. Overall, highly recommended!
