Fast, no-hassle replacement under warrantee

The other day my Presso Smartshot Portafilter broke at the connection point between shaft and basket. I sent a photo and a copy of the invoice to ROK and received a replacement Portafilter within a couple of days.
Excellent service for an excellent product.

Love the look, great quality, heavy, however the filter doesn't quite fit perfectly in mine leading to the filter falling out while I'm knocking the puck out
