Grinder Bevel Gears

Thanks to the ROK Team's quick response time, I was forced to drink inferior coffee for only a short time - THANK YOU!
The replacement parts for my ROK Grinder arrived in short order, and I was able to return to my normal coffee ritual. What I really appreciate about ROK is that they keep replacement parts even for older models (nice move for sustainability, and speaks for the fundamental build quality of the machines). That these gears occasionally break or wear out is due to 1. my improper use resp. lack of attention to the tightness of the grinder, 2. these are parts that are constantly under load and pressure, subject to wear and tear, and assure that the grinder itself doesn't get damaged.
